The 3rd Steering Committee of the SOLIDAR Project convened on 11th December 2024 to assess the progress made during the first year of implementation and to define strategic priorities for the second year. Discussions highlighted several core needs for the project’s contributions to strengthening the health emergency care system. A significant focus was placed on the development of an Action Plan for the Primary Healthcare Level 2026-2030 and the establishment of the Public Health Emergency Operation Center. Another topic was the procurement and distribution of equipment for health facilities at primary health care level. This initiative is expected to improve service quality and patient outcomes. Additionally, the Committee discussed the Action Plan for Continuous Medical Education (CME), which outlines a structured approach to providing ongoing professional development opportunities for doctors and nurses, with the goal of sustaining high standards of care across the healthcare workforce.
