Support the equipping of 24/7 Health Centres and Municipality Hospitals to ensure their response capacity to medical emergencies in Albania

The project SOLIDAR-Together in health emergencies is a project funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) implemented by GFA Consulting Group GmbH. Its overall goal is that people Albania, including the most vulnerable, have improved access to quality emergency care services managed by a more resilient health emergency system at all levels.

 

The SOLIDAR Project herewith invites interested local experts to participate in a Call for Proposal procedure to support in identifying, prioritizing, and specifying essential medical devices for 24/7 Health Centers and Municipality Hospitals. The expert will also ensure that the procured devices meet technical and performance standards and support the evaluation of bids during the procurement process.

The interested applicants are requested to submit the following documents:

 

  1. Applicant’s profile (CV), demonstrating the academic degree and relevant work experience during the last 10 years.
  2. A brief technical proposal including a timeline of activities for carrying out the tasks outlined in the ToR.
  3. The total financial offer, including any tax.
  4. If applicable: The applicant’s registration documents (NUIS, QKB)

 

Proposals must be submitted in English language by June 20th, 2025, at 14:00, in sealed envelopes (in printed copies and scanned on USB), with the note Medical emergency devices to the following address:
