Public Relations, Communication and Social Media Management short-term expert

The project SOLIDAR-Together in health emergencies is a project funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) implemented by GFA Consulting Group GmbH. Its overall goal is that people Albania, including the most vulnerable, have improved access to quality emergency care services managed by a more resilient health emergency system at all levels.

 

The SOLIDAR Project herewith invites interested local experts to participate in a Call for Proposal procedure for Public Relation activities, Communication and Social Media Management. The expert will ensure effective public relations (PR), communication, and social media management that are crucial components for the success of this initiative.

The interested applicants are requested to submit the following documents:

 

  1. Applicant’s profile (CV), demonstrating the academic degree and relevant work experience during the last 10 years.
  2. Technical proposal briefly outlining your approach and, if applicable, a timeline for implementing the ToR activities.
  3. If applicable: The applicant’s registration documents (NUIS, QKB)

 

Proposals must be submitted in English language by June 20th, 2025, at 14:00, in sealed envelopes (in printed copies and scanned on USB), with the note “ Public Relations, Communication and Social Media Management “ to the following address:

Proposals submitted after this deadline cannot be considered.
