Costing and budgeting of the Action Plan for Continuous Medical Education on Emergency Care in Primary Healthcare 2026 – 2029 in Albania
The project SOLIDAR-Together in health emergencies is a project funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) implemented by GFA Consulting Group GmbH. Its overall goal is that people Albania, including the most vulnerable, have improved access to quality emergency care services managed by a more resilient health emergency system at all levels.
The SOLIDAR Project herewith invites interested applicants to participate in a tender procedure for provision of services for “Costing and budgeting of the Action Plan for Continuous Medical Education on Emergency Care in Primary Healthcare 2026 – 2029 in Albania”.

Proposals must be submitted in English language by 21.11.2025, at 16:00, in two separate sealed envelopes (in printed copies and scanned on USB stick), as stipulated under Article 10 of the Terms of Reference to the following address:

Proposals submitted after this deadline cannot be considered.
Public officials are not considered eligible under policies of the Donor, the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).

No costs incurred by the applicants in preparing and submitting the tender are reimbursable. All such costs must be borne by the bidder.
