Subject Matter Expert to support the development of online training content for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) in Albania

The project SOLIDAR-Together in health emergencies is a project funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) implemented by GFA Consulting Group GmbH. Its overall goal is that people Albania, including the most vulnerable, have improved access to quality emergency care services managed by a more resilient health emergency system at all levels.

 

The SOLIDAR Project herewith invites interested local experts / companies to participate in a tender procedure to design, develop, and deliver a series of high-quality, interactive and context-relevant online training modules for healthcare workers in 24/7 HCs and MHs, tailored for delivery via the LMS being developed in parallel.

Proposals must be submitted in English language by 07.07.2025, at 16:00, in sealed envelopes (in printed copies and scanned on USB), with the note “ Subject Matter Expert to support the development of online training content for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) in Albania“ to the following address:

Proposals submitted after this deadline cannot be considered.

No costs incurred by the applicants in preparing and submitting the tender are reimbursable. All such costs must be borne by the bidder.
